Is GBRS all former SEALs? How much is he gonna get paid?
How the fuck do you imbed an instagram link? https://www.instagram.com/reel/C3T1U71MJvD/?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet He explains what happened here: https://www.tiktok.com/@sp_sharkcityboy/video/7335125733938957610?_r=1&_t=8juVn7s2Ttu |

looks like a misunderstanding at work that led to a detainment in the back of a cop car. Would like more info than the vid provides though

Wow
What company is that? I don't often say that someone needs to sue, but in this case, he needs to own them ALL He appeared to remain amazingly calm for someone falsely accused of multiple felonies |
|
|
edit: he was arrested. Watch the tiktok which explains it better than the instagram reel.
From what I can make out, black kid works at GBRS and was told to drop off a BCM lower at the post office. He was seen leaving with the box and returning without the box. His employer then checked tracking and saw that the box wasn't scanned in so they called the police for felony theft of the firearm. Police arrive and arrest him at the behest of his employer. Cut to a new scene. The kid is let out of police custody because while he was detained/arrested? the mailman brought back the package due to the police investigation???. The douchebag employer still fired him and had all his shit packed up in a box. Hope kid gets paid, the employer seems like a prick. |

Whos the manufacturer?
If its how he's telling it that fucking sucks, and I will not do business with a company that treats their employees that way. |
|
|
|
Wow, that's fucked.
Happy Black history months from your employers, right? |

Dick is an ass hole dont be a Dick . Wow those guys have no patents and are DICKS !

View Quote In his follow up he says he had dropped off the box at Fedex because it was in the Fedex outgoing slot. It was supposed to go to UPS. He said UPS but not sure if he meant USPS. Anyway, the Fedex driver sees a UPS label on it and takes it to UPS. UPS then returned the box to GBRS. |

GBRS always seemed like pricks. I guess it’s confirmed but I doubt it will cost them anything.

They don’t use synergy anymore, that’s like using a three point sling now.

View Quote The fedex store gave it to a passing UPS driver, who brought it back to the originating address. In the mean time, since the package disappeared while in his possession, he got arrested. He got "unarrested" as soon as the package came back. He was then fired. |

That's dumb on their part. Very dumb. You dont accuse someone of that kinda charge on flimsy ass shit. I like their videos but they should stick to killing people because their business sense is shit.

The kid fucked up and took a UPS package to fedex? fire his ass he is an idiot. But accusing him of theft? Nah.
|
|
The first response to your employee isn’t “hey, the tracking on this isn’t showing up and I called them, did you drop this off already, tell me exactly”
Instead it’s calling the police? Why have someone working with firearms you can’t trust, especially over a lower. Fucking idiots. |

Would like more info than the vid provides though View Quote He leaves with package to mail it off, comes back in 15 minutes later without the package=theft of package. He's taken to get interrogated, and finally to stand in from of the magistrate. The package is returned to the office charges dropped, and the guy gets a ride back to the office to retrieve his personal belongings. It all happens in the same afternoon. The guy got lucky his life didn't get fucked. So yeah a little misunderstanding |

Good termination.
He was tasked with shipping a firearm. He put the company in civil jeopardy by handing the package to an unauthorized party. A Firearm was unaccounted for an unknown duration of time. Even if it wasn't a good termination, you better believe they are going to terminate him to save face. |

Dumbfucks all the way around , from the shipping dudes incompetence and having a weed pen on him while armed . , to his employer doing zero to 100 on wanting him arrested for larceny .

Those guys have always come off as cocky douchebags.
But the employee seems like he has no fucks to give about anything. Maybe he doesn't, and it was good to fire him. Or maybe he's just super chill. My initial thought is how can a shipping manager not decipher a shipping label? But I guess if you really do pick up tons of boxes from piles and drop them at shippers day in and day out it would be easy to get complacent, this pile = this shipper, why bother reading the label. |
|
bummer, one of the podcasts was saying their pistol belt was really good.

Shit happens, the system sucks, the system created rules suck, that employee sucks, the employer sucks.
It really sucks that once a stupid tiktok/fb/weibo/insta is posted, for some reason we have to form an opinion. Some post to show stupid, others try to cover up their stupid, some try to defend themselves from stupid. They all end up looking stupid to someone. |
|
Can't tell from reading the posts exactly what happened as there seems to be some speculation and spitballing involved in some of the posts?
If he didn't wait for the tracking receipt, that was stupid. If he dropped it off at one of the shipping companies like what we have around here they can often send it via UPS, FedX, DHL or whatever else they offer. If the guy left it there for UPS and the shipper gave it to the FedX by mistake that's not his fault. The instant police call seems a bit fucked up. Did they get the gun back? If so, how? |
|
|
I'd like to hear the other side of the story before I pass judgement.
Sounds like the guy was too stoned or stupid to drop the box off at the right shipper and too dumb not to get a receipt with a tracking number. "They arrested me.... found some things I didn't even know what it was on me" ... so they found a vape pen on him. Says he was fired two days later. What happened in those two days? Did he fail a piss test? |
|
Quoted: Dumbfucks all the way around , from the shipping dudes incompetence and having a weed pen on him while armed . , to his employer doing zero to 100 on wanting him arrested for larceny . View Quote He said it was a CBD vape pen which is completely legal in Virginia (and also federally) if it is hemp based. If it is marijuana based CBD it would require a certification from a physician to be legal in VA, although it would still be illegal federally. CBD is legal nearly everywhere in the US. Even in a conservative state like TN it is legal and is sold in pharmacies, grocery stores, CBD stores, convenience stores, etc. In other words, it's no big deal, and more importantly, it's very likely not illegal. |
