Update in the OP with link to a podcast from Dutch Sheets.
I’m familiar with his ministry. He is a well known pastor, author, and speaker. His book Intercessory Prayer, about praying for others changed my life. In his podcast he speaks directly to the video which apparently has gotten a lot of traffic.
