I'm new to the forum and to the AR15 rifle or is it carbine? I wonder if y'all can give me tips or referrals to a decent budget AR15. I saving up for one as I speak.

Look at psa (palmetto state armory) right now they are one of the least expensive manufacturers out there. You can get a good rifle under $500. Welcome.
