Prices range from $150-175 here but I can go on base and shoot on the weekends for $10.  Or I can drive to the public range and shoot for free with no dumb restrictions.

Was about $100 a year for my local Izaak Walton chapter, but I let it lapse and it's a pain in the ass to get back in, so I pay as I go elsewhere now.

$6 for a round of skeet at local state park.   $15 an hour to shoot at the NRA HQ indoor range.  $20 an hour to shoot at a nearby world class indoor range...or $25 an hour to shoot on their indoor 100 yard range with a video monitor in your lane to see your target full screen.  Membership there is around 3 bills a year...and they are adding a shoot house this year.

If Peacemaker National was closer, I would join.

Outdoor club:  we pay $180 (I believe) for a family membership.  (4 of us)
Indoor range: I pay $450 for the top-level/class 3 membership.  I can shoot anything up to .50 at this place.  (I keep this second membership because the outdoor club doesn't allow full-auto)

I have a lifetime membership at our local private range for free.

Of course I spent a couple of weeks with my equipment building the range for cost, so there's that.

Nothing for an outdoor range, since I live in Nevada.

The indoor range is $15 to rent a lane, or $300/yr for a membership.

Brand new public state of the art shotgun range and covered pistol, 100 yard and 300 yard free to the public all in the same area.  Awesome to live where I do in South Dakota.  It is well maintained and hasn't been vandalized like the old one it replaced which was just a 100 yard range with 4 benches.  They put hidden cameras out there and will prosecute vandals.  Can you believe that some people forget to take their guns when they leave.  I saw that on Facebook locally that someone left their firearm and it wasn't the first time.  Wow.  Public ranges bring in all types.  Like the guy who brings his girlfriend and no hearing protection.  If you have ever shot under a shelter it is a lot louder.  He ended up putting toilet paper from the cement outhouse in his ears like that is going to help.  I use ear plugs and muffs because I'm trying to keep what hearing I have left.  Oh well, live and learn.

$50 for a family membership per year.
3 bays, backboards at 25, 50, 100, 200 yards and a square steel plate at 200.
No dedicated pistol areas.
If you want to shoot pistol, you have to either shoot at 25 yards from the bays or walk up (without other people shooting) to the 25 yard target and get whatever distance away you want to be.

Sometimes I go to an indoor range.  25 yards.  It's like 20 bucks an hour.   I can go to a friends farm and shoot for free.   Plus I have a key to an older/private range.   Mostly the guys get together on Wednesdays nights to get away from wives/girlfriends.    But I can go by myself anytime that I want.   I usually bring food or drinks on Wednesday nights.

$50 admin fee, $345.00 one time joining fee, and $120 a year after. NRA membership required. Less than 4000 members.

Private club in a suburban setting. 25 yard indoor range with 10 lanes open 24/7, with clubhouse.
Nice 25/50 yard outdoor range, covered; 100 yard covered; shotgun range with trap.
Very active club with certified classes, competitions and other activities offered.

$250/year for individual membership to a nice, newer indoor range. Takes my range time down to $10/hr. I buy 10 session punch cards for $80 so range time is then $8/hr. I can reserve up to 2 lanes with 2 hours notice. I can pretty much only shoot on weekends due to distance, so I love the convenience of reservations. I'll call Friday for Saturday or Sunday. I'd have to drive 2 hours to get to a decent outdoor public range. It's not worth it to me. I have carpal tunnel and shooting for an hour is plenty for me. I have to drive 45 minutes to the indoor range from home as is. On the odd occasion when I do get to shoot outdoors, such as during a class, it's a big treat.

A new indoor gun range in my town wants $500 a year for unlimited membership? Seems high although the place is nice and the technology is top of the line.

Membership at my range (which is in town, with rifle, shotgun and handgun facilities) was 1400 the first year and 400 a year going forward. The cost is high because the area makes it very difficult to operate a range (suburban nj) they are the only rifle range that isn't a one hour drive to get to, and the membership is limited due to insurance reasons.
