I for one, like people that challenge my point of view and take me out of my comfort zone. I don’t like it at the time, but I find that objectively it is necessary for me to interact with perspectives different than my own. When those are interesting and intelligent thoughts, I tend to pay attention.

I like both of the people that may or may not be gone. Self exiled, permanently banned, or whatever. I think they added to the Discussion.
They were, and may be of value to this site.

Sylvan went off on Aimless for describing confronting the leftists as "tard jousting" and started badgering Aimless for making fun of people who are attacking pedophile leftists and took that way too far accusing Aimless of sympathizing with pedos. Aimless should have just bowed out at that point but kept responding and overstepped his bounds by banning Sylvan for the stupid name calling. The reality he was seething about the pedo comments but couldn't use that as justification.

I hope they can both get over it. Both of them took things too far and too personal in that thread.
