First, I have yet to find a baby buggy that folds up small. So that is out.

First requirement:

Must fit in the boot of a Kia Soul (its a Turbo, so it is somewhat manly).

Big(er) wheels for rolling over rocks and other shitty terrain.
swivel front would be nice.

I have a range backpack, cooler, ammoes that get a bit heavy and  dragging from stage to stage. Some ranges are a long walk, some are less. I would say 300 yards would be the normal walking from one end to the other.
Some I shoot at are 500 one way.

The wagons I see are bigger than a baby buggy, so that it is out too. Plus the wheels on those suck for rolling over rocks.

After weeks of ideas I seem to have focused on a folding golf club push/pull cart.

I know some mods will need to be made.

With the three things I have to have, I would also like some amenities.

An Umbrella......sun gets hot here in Tejas. I could also get me one of them Dewalt fans too.
I will more than likely want to put a chair on this. Sometimes the n00b group holds us up and we have to sit  around for a few days for the 15 shooters to finish a 20 second stage.

So, here is what we can work with.

We can go to a somewhat top tier cart.
Clicgear 3.5 +..... I have no idea what the PLUS means.

or the 8+

Both are about $260, have all the features but a swivel front wheel.

We also have the Caddymatic

there are a boat load of these out there.  Ranging from $150 to about $400.

But there are some lesser known with seat......SEATS yo!

Can you modify a jogging stroller? I haven't bought one yet but I see people at matches with cars and battle strollers so there must be some way to make them fit. Most guys I've talked to just bought old jogging strollers on craigslist or at a yard sale.

Also look at those pet strollers they sell lol

How are you properly training for the Boogaloo if you can't even carry all your gear?

You're in Texas, have you considered renting a Mexican as your caddy?

Think of yourself like Tiger Woods, you've got a caddy to assist you so that when you need to get it on, you're at your freshest and readiest.  That applies whether you're bangin' strippers and bar sluts or ringing the steel at 500 yds.

I use a small Gorilla Cart I got from Amazon. It has inflatable tires and removable sides. It was around $60. Holds my ammo box, cooler and PCC along with a few other essentials.

I have pulled  them around, the wheels suck on them. They do NOT roll over rocks to comfie like.
Plus they all have slop in the steering, which I dont like.

This is an every weekend deal, so I want to find something that is nice to drag or push around.

Those golf carts don’t look like they fold up any smaller than my britax stroller

Why can’t you put a wagon in the backseat...the soul is a 4door right?....or the passenger seat

Rugged Gear gets some hits on a search.  I happened to search on SASS shooting carts - so most images were SASS specific themed carts, etc., of course.  I'm a bit reminded of a couple of things.  When I was a box boy (loading bags, of course), we'd get the periodic, "Put it in one bag but don't make it too heavy."  It's easy to decide you want to take more than you need to take.

I used a larger wagon, you see them a lot with the wheelbarrow or similar wheels.  I took a small shelving unit and cut large oblong holes in the middle shelf and smaller round holes in the top shelf.  And had room for range of other needed and un-needed items.  It was hard to keep the shelf and side rails from rattling.  A lot.  Also, the higher the guns rest, etc., vertically the more things will wobble on rough ground.  The Rugged Gear carts look like baby strollers with modified load gear.  But the weight is settled between not above the wheels.

Not sure if there are other options but it seems like the money you save doing it yourself may work out into a lot of time and effort and expense re-inventing their effort.

There's a GM I shoot with who uses a two wheel grocery cart with an umbrella rigged to it and $15 stool from Walmart.

Works for him.

I bought one of the stools but I kept leaving it at matches so I said fuck it.

Have a look at ZUCA

A lot of their stuff is geared towards frisbee golf, but it's hell for stout. Like, your typical, pretty round USPSA competitor can sit on one and not hurt anything.

If you can find one that works dimensionally for your gear bag and such, it's not a bad way to go.

As a former match director, I have this to say:

FUCK YOUR UMBRELLA!

FUCK YOUR SHADE!

GET OFF YOUR ASS AND GO PASTE TARGETS, RESET STEEL, R.O., and/or SCOREKEEP!

The match would run a lot faster with you helping.

Okay....whew!  Now that I got that off my chest.

As a former USPSA competitor, are you using your local USPSA matches as:

A.  a social event

B.  entertainment

C.  an opportunity to actually get good-er at shooting

If choice C, my recommendation is to actually NOT shoot so many local matches.

Rather spend that 3 or 4 hours at the range by yourself.

Or better yet, dry firing at home.

Yes, it is addictive to run and gun.  It is quite the adrenaline rush.

Don't get sucked into that.

I haven't been a member of USPSA for a while now, and I think their member's classification pages are only viewable to members now.

If you can look at the USPSA.org website, I bet you would see that the big name GM's don't shoot local matches every weekend.
