This is rebranded and sold in a lot of non big name grocery stores in the WA/OR oblasts in the pacific northwest peoples republic. Highly recommend this brand actually. I like to soak this with with grape seed oil on the carne asada, because you can sear grape seed oil really hot
Lawrys seasoning salt 2 cips of fresh squeezed lemon juice 2 cups of lime juice Onions Garlic Corona, budweiser, or dos equis.
Marinate overnight... delicious

Combine ingredients and marinate meat for 12-24hrs.. 24hrs preferred.
Grill over direct high heat until preferred amount of char/doneness has been attained.
Let rest for 10 minutes or so
Cut meat into strips, then cut strips in to cubes and serve on corn tortillas with Mexican relish or pico de gallo, guacamole, and a squeeze of lime juice. Dont forget the hot sauce!
