Back to the original question - hell yes, do it.

The OP says he knows the couple, so it's not like someone he met on the street. They're all consenting adults, and if the other dude wants to watch his wife getting pounded, that's his business. Lots of guys apparently enjoy watching their wife getting pleasured.

Waaaayyyy back when, in the days Before Viagra, like the 1970s, this was not such an uncommon situation for a young guy to find himself in. Find a young guy to work Mama over for a couple of hours worth of the nasty 'cause Hubby don't last the way he did when he was young.
