I do, mine have a chain and loop on the handles so you can use them one handed or hook the chain on the squeeze chute.

Eta, it's a CV boot stretcher for a Renault Alliance IIRC.   worked pretty slick.  I don't miss those cars one bit.

Newp..... I know the answer, but my mother always said don't be nosey.....

You need a rope or a chain on that bad boy though........ Well, maybe not. Holy fucking shit that would turn into a rodeo. lol....

ETA, I may be wrong. There are no loops on the end of the handle. It looks like a nose clamp for holding livestock. But everyone that I've ever seen has holes in the end for a rope or chain.
