I am aware they are legal to buy with tax stamp as a destructive device but are extremely restricted and you have to have an approved storage for them which is expensive.
That said would you buy some M67 frag grenades if they only required a 4473?
I would buy some as they are safe enough to keep around and would be useful when things in the country go sideways.

They shouldn't be much over $100 a piece.

My experience with handgrenades is limited, only threw the one in basic training at Ft. Benning,

It’s probably in the potential grenade owners best interests that grenades aren’t readily available.

I could see a whole lot of clumsy Bubba’s accidentally killing themselves and innocent bystanders.  I wouldn’t  buy one as I wouldn’t trust myself to not be that clumsy Bubba.

The cost to fly and maintain one exceeds the cost of buying it.

Wouldn't claymores be a better choice?

Or cheap CS / flash bangs and smoke..

I can “throw” and RPG much further. Assuming they would also be legal.

Would not mine having a few flash bangs or demonstration charges but no need for an actual grenade.

Haha,threw one in basic too.

Why get the real stuff when air-soft is available.  There's even air-soft RPGs

Super cool

No that would be wrong. They are dangerous and only the government should have them. IN fact... just last night I put up a new photo of Trudeau in my living room. It is bigger than the last one. I have a spotlight that shines on it... lighting it up as he lights us up... all for freedom!!

Wait scratch that, I was just informed this morning that the word freedom is now the rallying call of white power extremists

I suppose we are lucky that we can pick up cans, they are like a grenade right? Say its a soda can and you shake it really hard....

Does anybody really need anything more than a weapon of war such as a soda can? No... clearly not.

Think I would rather look at flashbangs. Now the belt fed grenade launcher would be nice if I hit the lottery.

I'd buy and throw them down rocky cliff faces for schnits n giggles.

Not sure how long their components remain stable but if it's long term then why not keep some around. I have my gloves in a grenade pouch now would be cool to keep an m79 there

Hell, if you can show me a place that will sell grenades or even grenade fuses to civilians, I'll get the ATF's blessing and buy some ASAP.

Yes, if I could get them without a stupid markup price.  I'd pop 2 a year in the middle of nowhere for 4th of July and NYE.

The only F-15 I can afford comes attached to little plastic sprues.

Hell that probably goes for a Cessna 150 as well.
