It is ridiculously satisfying to kill, pluck and gut your own turkey.

Looking at 5 acre lots to raise my own if we can get orders back to FL.

Sitting here waiting on the wife unit. Mentally preparing myself to smoke a turkey and fry another tomorrow. Gonna be a good day.

Also, I found a new bourbon that I like very much. May pop to cork on it as I fry.

I have stuff for mimosas, two kinds of bourbon, scotch, gin, brandy, beer, and wine. So who knows

Oh and baileys. Probably start the day with that in coffee and just go downhill from there.

Made my pie today. All I have to do tomorrow is give the turkey the shedevil treatment and watch the temperature on the smoker.

Dude ordered a rifle or something from them. They canceled his order then put it back on the website. Do some googling, super slow shipping too.

That being said I bought my Pap92 from them but I didn’t know about any of that. ???????

I use it in the dough for my pies. Alcohol still wets the flour but it doesn’t form gluten.

Annoyingly the only apple brandy they had at the store was a $40 bottle. Used about 7 oz of it for the pie, gonna have to drink the rest. Terrible burden.

I'm probably going to stay home and finish some parts for Cap. All the fabric is cut, I'll have time to sew finally.

It'll be nice. I might go ahead and wash all the costumes (what I can) from the convention this past weekend. And thank God for Tide antibacterial cleaning spray for what I can't directly wash
