Just loged out to see what is going on , I think i will continue to pay. I have dropped most magazine subcriptions and some have just gone out of business.
Texas monthly started running transgender clothing adds so that was the end of that. Southern Living started putting in recipes that used processed food in the recipies and got thinner and thinner so no more that. SOF stoped sending my subcription and never even gave me the courtsey of announcing their on line mag so fuck them after 30+ years. Houston Chronicle is so damn liberal I finally pulled the plug on that. I can easily afford the ARFCOM |

"Since 2011, under the leadership of Mayor Rahm Emanuel, the CTA's collection of public art has undergone its largest expansion ever, now proudly boasting more than 60 pieces of art exhibited at over 50 stations, including mosaics, sculptures and paintings by nationally and internationally acclaimed artists. The newest works of art added to this collection are the result of recently completed major project work to either rehabilitate an existing rail station or build a new station." CTA art program "CTAs art collection will further expand over the next few years by nearly a dozen new works of art, including those announced today along with artwork planned as part of the completed Your New Blue station renovation work at Western and Damen, the new Washington/Wabash Loop station; the Chicago/Austin bus turnaround; and the new Wilson station and 95th Street Terminal on the Red Line, both of which are currently being reconstructed. After reviewing nearly 350 responses to a Call for Artists issued in December 2015 for artistic merit and related qualifications, the CTA has selected the following artists to commission new, one-of-a-kind public art: Diversey/Brown Line: Mathew Wilson (Chicago) Illinois Medical District/Blue Line: Jason Messinger (Chicago) Jefferson Park/Blue Line: Jamie Pawlus (Indianapolis) Kedzie/Green Line: Erin Curtis (Washington D.C.) CTA will host public meetings with the selected artists to gather community input into the artwork designs. Meeting details will be announced in the coming months. | To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand 24/365. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Namma's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into her characterisation - her personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realize that they're not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Shenanigunz and hk45user truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Mr. Smiley's existencial catchphrase "Wubba Lubba Dub Dub," which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as goatboi's genius unfolds itself on their television screens. The image upload was a nice perk of membership. (wasn't it recently added? ) I membered for a few reasons, one of which was to support the site that has been surfing for ages and Idespite my GD postings I gather alot of info from other subforums. ( GD is news and shitposting) that said, I'll be less inclined to renew my sub next year.
