Setting Descriptions (Notebook) 1. Unscrew the screws on the bottom of your notebook. 2. Find and take out the original hard drive carefully. 3. Unscrew the adapter from the hard drive and install it on the SSD. 4. Slide the SSD into the bay. 5. Screw the bottom of your notebook. |

Woke up about 2am this morning with a sharp pain in my shoulder. Super weird, just now starting to fade. The only thing strenuous I did yesterday was climb a ladder to a rooftop hatch. Took aspirin and later Tylenol and neither did a thing.
