Apparently my cursory understanding, was not aware air assets were involved. The “hero” of the air portion is now commander of India’s western front

Downed Pakistan pilot mistaken for Indian pilot and lynched

New Delhi: Even as Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman walked across the India-Pakistan border on 1 March, a family in Pakistan is in mourning — silent, blacked out from the public view, their sacrifice unacknowledged. Pakistan Air Force Wing Commander Shahaz-ud-Din, the F-16 pilot shot down in a dogfight over the Nowshera sector, is reported to have been lynched by a mob who mistook him for an Indian airman.

This is serious.... this Modi gonna destroy whole south Asia
Spy satellites had picked-up Transporter-Erector-Launcher (TEL) vehicles inside Pakistan, being removed from their storage facilities with missiles on them.

Further analysis REQUIRED visual verification and that verification came about an hour later from resources on the ground inside Pakistan: the missiles are the Shaheen-III medium Range Ballistic Missile, armed with NUCLEAR WARHEAD.

These particular TEL's were in storage Depots assigned to Pakistan's National Command Authority and that is the NUCLEAR arm of their government.

Intel sources confirmed directly that analysts see the TEL's have been moved to what would be considered LAUNCH locations. As such, the Intel Community believes Pakistan intends to USE Medium-Range-Ballistic-Missiles with nuclear warheads.

If fired from southeastern Pakistan the Shaheen III can hit India's Nicobar and Andaman Islands which are west of Thailand. India is believed to have placed nuclear assets there.

So, if they bring the launchers out of their hardened bunkers, doesn't that mean it's easier for India to target them?

You'd think that if they don't launch as soon as they're in position it'd be too tempting for IAF to pass the opportunity up.

Yeah take it with a huge grain of salt. No idea how a FB page releases their own national intel.

I bet their aviation uniforms are fairly similar.

And in Pakistan, various states speak various languages, so they very well may not have spoken the same language. IIRC, English is what is used for common communication, but not everyone speaks English, either.

Definitely sucks for him.

So, no satellite photos of the launchers? You'd think someone might get a time stamped picture out. Not good, Pakistan, you done screwed the pooch in full military style in public.

There are 74 languages spoken in Pakistan. Combine that with low education and you get lynching your own dude.
