Seeing how the Army is ditching Tan 499 for Coyote Brown, despite developing an argument and 499 as "better' than Coyote.
But I've heard for years that CB wasn't available to civvies, or the army because the USMC holds the patent on that color. |

I laugh at this shit. There is no "coyote" brown. There is brown, it comes in different shades. Just because someone makes up a name for one if those shades doesn't make it so. If you look in a paint deck, each manufacturer has a different name for the same thing.
