I don't think it's a conspiracy in the media, but I do think the Democrats are doing a stellar job of turning a silk purse (BO) into a sow's ear, beginning with completely failing in the 2016 election to maintain any momentum whatsoever. Obama handed them the presidency on a slightly tarnished but still serviceable silver platter and the Democrats spiked it like a football and started humping the couch.
The Democrats aren't trying to unite the party at all, and every candidate that isn't one of their 'chosen few' is being systematically sunk. They don't like old white men, they don't like young progressive anybody, they just like establishment Democrats who have ties to big donors. I honestly would not be surprised if they ran HRC again. |

That will set up Kamala Harris and Booker and Bernie. Bernie has already been paid off to throw the race. He is used to it. Then it's down to nominate, the push will be first women, Booker will go under the bus. Harris is nomination. |

The old Democratic Party is out. Gone are the days of liberalism. Socialism is here to stay. Frontline people like Bernie and AOC are the face of the new party. Remember that the DNC was fucking broke and was rescued by Hillary (that’s why they gave her the nomination.
He may be the fall guy. If Cheney could tell W what to do then maybe they can make Biden seem like the competent one (not exactly a stretch with Obama) especially if they see the coming storm. Use Biden to take the blame and protect the chosen one. That way Michelle can run in the future. |

Of course he is. That's the way the roll. I once worked for a very powerful state level politician who lived and died by the old addage "I keep my friends close and my enemies even closer." In reality, everyone was an enemy, probably even me. Biden understands this and knows what is happening to him.
