If you own a helmet with ear-pro and you're asking ARFCOM GD if you can or should wear it to an indoor range, then you shouldn't own a helmet with ear-pro.

That will give you the following modifiers:
+2 Stun resistance to sound +1 Bludgeoning resistance (head only) +1 Sneak/stealth (head only) -1 on intimidation checks (-4 with Badge of Level 3 CCW) -3 Comeliness Limitations: -May be worn only with wisdom <10 unless in combat -Alignment must be chaotic stupid unless in combat. -Flashing Light of Signaling visible only to characters with infravision. -20% chance of snag on overhanging branches. Additional 50% if Steel Horn of Rhino is worn in erect position. Only 30% chance if Cleric’s Mount of Wilcox or Norotos are used. -Vials of Concentrated Shock have 20% chance of fumbling if accessed with helmet on head. -Bag of Exceptionally Limited Holding has 20% chance of zipper break with each use. |

Weird for sure. But then, most here making fun of you probably don’t own a setup like that and if so, probably don’t train with it.
I’ve done NOD training at dusk/overcast conditions with the pin-hole covers on and I could see that being useful in an indoor range setup. OP, if you’re training hard/realistic forget what all the others say. That said, if your LARPing then yeah….you’re a tool
