Local rescue has this pup listed as a GSD and that don't look like GSP pup I've seen

It's not currently biting the picture taker so...probably not?
Looks like Mal-ish face with long-coat GSD. My guess is more GSD than Mal. Hope it's being socialized. Beautiful dog. |

The few I've dealt with didn't have any long hair. They were smoother all over than that dog looks. The color pattern looks more like BM than GSD, though. Maybe it is a mix, as was suggested.

Next door neighbor had a pair of malinois mutt pups. They decided that they liked my yard better than theirs, so they chewed/dug multiple tunnels and holes to come over. Took out a few window screens cause they wanted to check out what I was doing inside. All my outdoor furniture now bears evidence of their teeth marks. I really miss those little monsters. |
