I've got a client call today with a SE Asian company and this managed service group is going to try to get me to do all the talking because I know how oil and gas assets work and they don't
I have no idea how their service works. They can't explain it to me, they have no marketing material to explain it but they somehow expect me to wow the client because I know how to do my job, which is totally different than the managed service...but don't worry, I'm just 'supporting' the managed service team, not running the whole thing.
