It’s going to be Tulsi as Trump’s VP. She has no future on the left, might as well get on the Trump train. The list includes three former GOP candidates, Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C.), entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R). He also confirmed Rep. Byron Donalds (R-Fla.), South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem (R) and former Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, who served in Congress as a Democrat but has since shifted to more conservative views, are in the running. View Quote |

My money is on Kristi Noem.
Trump is attracted to good looking women, and I think Noem would fit the bill for him. |

I don't think it will be a woman. I think Trump will take a hardcore loyalist, Vivek, Scott, etc. are most likely IMO. DeSantis is not an option, makes no sense as Trump already wins Florida.

So 2 anti gun former democrats running on the GOP ticket. Interesting and shitty times we live in.

Until I see Tulsi burn a big bridge that really hurts a dem and makes her an irrevocable, lifetime enemy of them, I can't trust her.
She knows where a lot of skeletons are, and she hasn't pointed to a single one of them yet. |
|
I don't think it's going to be ANYONE who is even remotely charismatic, interesting, attractive or well-known.

She's not my pick, but I'm surprised Lake didn't make the cut. Even if she's not actually being considered, you'd think she'd get a token shoutout for her almost over the top loyalty.

T-$ wants a loyal Yes-man, he can't be upstaged his ego won't allow it.

She's as big of a Russia shill as he is.
Match made in heaven |
|
If he wants the complete opposite of Pence he should go with Ramaswamy. My money is on Noem but Tulsi wouldn't shock me. Trump has a horrible track record when it comes to picking running mates, cabinet members, advisors, etc.
And Trump being Trump, he wants someone weak for VP that will only say "Yes sir Mr. President" and "Thank you Mr. President" |
|
|
Hillary claiming that Tulsi is an asset of Russia may be the one broken clock moment of her life.
She has a really sketchy past, essentially grew up in a cult. |

The comedy writes itself.
The ultimate RINO picks a democrat running mate. Trump is truly Bill Clinton v2.0 |
|
From a political perspective (ergo: gotta win!), she's not a bad choice. Younger, checks some boxes, well spoken, military, has been in congress, new media intelligence...
Yeah, I know she's untrustworthy and could shift back to (D) thinking immediately. However, is that different than all the (R)s that have falsely preached liberty and small government who immediately go globalist RINO after taking the oath? |
|
That article means jack squat. They are among the names he's considering, and he's certainly not bound by that or any other list.
It sounds like he's favoring Scott, but that could be as simple as than the outlet choosing not to include his comments about the others. There's really nothing of any substance in the article, just political chewing gum to keep the clicks coming in. ETA: My vote is Sarah Sanders |

I'm not talking about calling people names. They all do this on camera and then slap each other's backs when the cameras are shut off. Exposing something that forces a special prosecutor to be appointed would be an example of what I mean. And she has dozens if not hundreds of such things in her closet. |

Better not be.
I'd accept Ramaswamy or DeSantis. If it was Tulsi I'd have a hard time even bothering to vote. |
|
Mike @ SOLGW believes in Tulsi but I think he just really wants to F#ck her.
|
|
Well since none of you have met Tulsi you do not really know how she has changed. There is a lot there and reasons why she left the democrat party and why she is more right than left.
Granted most here just hate it that she can admit when she is wrong. I commanded a unit overseas and had daily interactions with her on deployment. You would have thought she was a republican if you actually listened to her. I am also on the Nuke Ukraine and Nuke Russia train because they are both corrupt regimes but that is because of the human trafficking rings I broke up ran by Ukrainians most of them part of the current government now. Russia well I hate Putin and I had to fight some Russians in Syria so no love there either. |
