Quoted: Finally shot a couple of my “I’ve never fired them” revolvers today. M64-2 2” with some Eagle Sambar Stag grips and an M27-2 5”. https://i.imgur.com/5BkesOL.jpg All reloads today. Some 125gr coated flat points, 158gr SWC’s, 147gr Speer G2 Gold Dots (kinda a special project), and some 90gr XTP magnums (just for fun). Both were a joy to shoot. View Quote Hell yeah! |

Put a nice looking early 90's Single Six on layaway last week. Paying it off when I get paid next week.
6 1/2", blued, looks like some really nice wood. Crappy seller pics. Attached File Attached File I'll post better ones once I have it in hand. It will be my only revolver. For now anyway. |

Not sure if it’s still revolver month or not, but here is my wheelgun collection.

Any recs on a holster for a 3" LCRx? One of those 3 slot holsters so I can carry right hand owb or right hand crossdraw would be nice. I have no strong intention to carry a .22 revolver but it might be a nice woods gun.

Quoted: Can you tell me why you chose the -5 instead of the -6 for the same price? is it the external firing pin? Is that more desireable? View Quote I don't dislike round butt guns but a i wanted a square butt because I really like VZ square butt grips and those are what I want to use. I'm not 100% sure when they changed but I'm hoping the -5 is a square butt. I also like the older style cylinder release but that's not a big deal because it's cheap to replace. |

Quoted: Got mine all cleaned up this weekend and shot a few reloads very very happy. Ordered some of the Thailand grips off eBay and a decent owb leather holster off Amazon. Really contemplating grabbing one that would be a round butt model which I'd think the 65-5 should be https://www.ar15.com/media/mediaFiles/144765/E32A8FC7-2F0E-4676-97AC-98EFBDEA7DD0_jpe-2288462.JPG https://www.ar15.com/media/mediaFiles/144765/32965A7F-388D-48D3-9A07-62760767E806_jpe-2288463.JPG https://www.ar15.com/media/mediaFiles/144765/AA3C18D9-A68B-44D6-9A2B-B87372A50E83_jpe-2288467.JPG View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: Did the same on Saturday to get a 65-4. I think standard 4" guns switched to RB in the mid 90s so some -5 might be RB |

I love my beater gun. High Standard 9 shot .22 revolver. Anywhere I go on my property, it goes with me. Insanely accurate, and it doesn't mind a few scratches. I traded a a tapco-fucked SKS for it and a Baby Browning. Never regretted the trade. I have shot more than one squirrel one handed with it.
