I have a hydraulic motor on a piece of equipment that drives the cooling fan.  That motor needs replacing.  Not available until 2/23/22

Tonight is going to be Fuuuunnn

I saw a white car nearly cutoff a Swift truck, which nearly cutoff another truck half a mile later.
Then after my Split a third Tractor-Trailer got stalled in the right lane.  It was awaiting assistance as I passed it.

I had a coworker who had a $55k/yr job with good benefits quit because he was making more on weekends as a farrier than he was at work.

I think he said if he really got after it he was messing in two days what he made at work in a month.

Around here, it’s about $60-80/hour.

I know your pain. I have camera systems I've quoted and customers want to buy, but I can't get the cameras until May 2022.

Sure would be a lot cooler if the farrier showed up on time.

Farriers never show up on time. But they’re like a lot of folks in the trades. If you can find one who does show up (even if late) and does decent work, you keep him.

I have one of my in-laws with 6 kids and she home schooled them until high school. They were involved in all sorts of extra curricular activities along the way.

Crazy.  We’ve been very fortunate.  This is probably the first part we’ve ran into that we can’t get.  Equipment has been more problematic

It's a long road, but I'm not dying.  Just had a bologna sammich and onion soup.  I know I've been eating a lot less the past two weeks, my stomach is probably quite a bit smaller than it used to be.  Just hope I'm actually losing weight.

Roughly a 10% increase on everything 1/1/21, with an expected additional 10-20% by the end of the year.

Yay new efficiency standards forcing manufacturers to revamp their line ups during supply chain issues!
