On June 29, 1967 at 2:15 am after the show on a dark road between Biloxi and New Orleans, Jayne Mansfield was involved in a fatal car crash which killed not only her, but Sam Brody. Her three children who were also in the car, were safely cushioned in the back seat.
Contrary to vicious rumors started by the press then, Jayne Mansfield was not decapitated in the accident. A large blonde bouffant wig which was on her head had flown off, and a reporter reported it was her head. This was verified by the New York Times who had contacted her undertaker, James Roberts who verified that yes her body was completely intact, head included. However, there was one area on her head where her scalp separated from her skull. Jayne Mansfield's legend of a starlet will always remain. Her sudden death only seemed to secure that. Her lavish lifestyle, epitomized the Hollywood fantasy and her spirit captured the Golden Age of Glamour. Her willingness to work for what she earned and her lighthearted approach to her own image makes her to this day one of the most Sparkling Stars of the Silver Screen. |

She would have been a superstar and the icon if there had not been a Marilyn.
She was considered a copy cat at the time, and I guess all blonde bombshells have been compared to Monroe ever since. |

She was a major Satanist, doing all the rituals and stuff. There are photos of her easily found showing this.
Interestingly, so was Sammy Davis Jr. Everyone thinks he was Jewish, and maybe he was at some point, but he was into some evil stuff too. |

I lived on the gulf coast when the accident happened. I saw tv footage that day of the gurney where she was covered with a sheet. You saw big mounds but no head. Sheet just dropped off down straight.

Somewhere I have a picture of my great uncle in a bar and JM is sitting on his lap. Her and her husband frequented a bar he and his Navy buddies uses to drink at and they used to party together.

I grew up during the JM era, born in 1949, and she was pretty hot for that era. There was no public porn. Pubic hair was not in mens magazines. Cheap blonds like her and Marilyn Monroe, Mamie VanDoren were the ticket back then. When I was a kid there were stag films where people wore masks to hide their identity and sometimes the men didn't even take their socks off....just a hit and run. JM was always a B actress looking for anything to advance here career. She got lost off of Florida, only to be found on an island trying rescue her career.
