The entirety of Gen Z range (1996-2012) shows first birth median age of 24.

That would mean most of the data shows Gen Z started with people born in 1974.

The stat for 5th birth or more is 34 median.

You're telling me everyone YOU know had their first child beyond the national average of women having their FIFTH child.

Of course not, reality has to be what you want it to be, because you're mad at your parents, and everyone else has to be as evil as they were, and everyone else deserves it.

You'll make the world better and yourself feel better by throwing crap on everyone else!

Gen-x are having their kids late. *really stinking late.

My best friend didn't even get married till he was 30+ and didn't have kids till he was fourty something.

But no, people must fit your preconceptions, especially if that means you can be angry on the internet.

Reality is reading the data.

There is no my version and your version, read the CDC data dumbass.

The DATA says a first-born Gen Z had parents born between 1972 and 1986.

If they were the 3rd child or more, than their parents were born between 1962 and 1978.

The ACTUAL DATA shows that Gen Z belongs mostly to Gen X with a small chance of a first-born Gen Zer being under the age of 15 born to Millennials.

Since you are too fucking lazy to read my links, I'll do your homework for you:

I'm a Millenial technically

Most of the GenX folks I know don't really GAF

Most of the GenZ folks I know are pretty cool. I don't have a problem with them.

Boomers I feel like are hit or miss. I love a lot of them, but there are plenty of worthless ones out there too. But that could be said of every generation.

In the end, these generalizations are kinda stupid and pointless.

The Individual is more important than trying to lump everyone into a group.

Here's some shocking facts for you:
GenX is in more debt than Millenials or GenZ
GenX has more student loan debt than Millenials or GenZ and they've been out of college longer, and they went to college when it was much cheaper.

Yup. I know plenty of gen z who have their heads on straight. I think a lot of the bullshit we see in schools it much more tied to their millennial teachers than it is to their gen x parents. Late gen z I'm hoping to see some improvements much the same as we saw with gen x.

Here’s how the left’s doomsday lies created the awesome generation of Generation X.

Our teachers were the adult hippies, and so we were constantly told we would soon die in a nuclear blast. Even in our Weekly Reader, death was right around the corner. Over and over, they had us participate in useless and terrifying “duck and cover” nuclear drills. Imminent death was pounded into us.

And if it wasn’t nukes, it was the depletion of the ozone layer, acid rain, Global Cooling, the population bomb, worldwide famine, the exhaustion of natural resources, or something else that ended up being exposed as a hoax.

These manipulative leftists mistakenly believed scare tactics would convince my generation to extend their socialist peace movement through the anti-nuke or environmental movement.

Well, thankfully, they were wrong. Instead, we became the awesomest generation—Generation X.

“Journalistic proof”.

Here’s my journalistic proof that every generation since those born in about 1870 will eventually become boomer like in their thinking.

'Automobilism is a disease, a mental illness. This illness has a pretty name: speed. Man can no longer stand still. He shivers, his nerves tense like springs, impatient to get going once he has arrived somewhere because it is not somewhere else, somewhere else, somewhere else.'

-Octave Mirbeau in 1910. The original boomer. Before that was even a thing.

But what do I know, I’m just a millennial who thinks everyone is retarded and gay.  Except LittlePony, that guy is cool and has cool cars.

No, not everyone.  I've seen up to 1999 or 2000, which would make sense as the Millennials are supposed to be the last generation born before the new Millennium and the first generation to turn 18 in the new Millennium.

Boomers are the generation of the post-war Baby Boom and most agree it goes from 1946 to 1963 or 1964.  Gen X starts at 1964 or '65 and goes until 1981 or 1982.  Millennials go from 1982 or '83 to the start of the new millennium.  Gen Z is after that.

As I said, there are plenty of definitions out there but if you assume each generation is approximately 18 years -- it lasts until the first ones born turn adult -- then there's no question there are only three generations in the last half of the 1900s.  1946 is the hard starting point for the Baby Boom, and you count from there.

ETA:  I'm a Boomer, and I have two Gen Z kids.  Both have jobs and their own cars btw.

1958 is still solidly boomer, even though you were just a child during the summer of love, Nixon, and Nam. Sorry, man. Maybe 1962 could claim to be the cusp.

But you're only really a boomer if you act like a boomer. I don't see any awkward capitalization, signing off with your real name, Reagan worship, or advice about a firm handshake, so you're doing okay.

Gen Z is where the state and teachers unions decided they weren’t “our” kids and started the next phase of hysteria to drive wedges between the generations and between parents and children. It was a slow crawl, but by the mid 2010’s the damage was done and now they can essentially place barriers between you and your child - and that’s because Gen Z was indoctrinated to believe that Gen X and everyone before strip mined the world and left them holding the dusty, debt ridden bag. It’s all bullshit, but it’s a religiously impactful dogma.
