S&w mod 10, but I would carry an empty .22 pistol as well. A short 12ga wouldn't be dumb either. All the empty guns i have would be cashed away in case I found more ammo for them.

I would trade all of that for food though.

With two rounds left after ten years means I went through 5,998 rounds.  It was a good life.

I can see I'm in a no fun zone for the most part, so I'll say this. If I have almost expended every round I own, and that would take a lot, my last two rounds would probably be .38 S&W in a break action revolver. It's just the last gun and caliber that I would have left after I used every other viable caliber.

Yeah, but that wasn't the original question.  It implied a scenario where one would bug out, like be on "the road".  So, I wouldn't have my saa .45 colt revolver.  Because it would have been left behind 10 or 20 years ago.  If I was unable to retain the primary 2 I left the house with, who knows what someone might end up with?  I think your premise is inaccurate.  So if I bugged in, and fired off every gun I own what would be the last one?  Is that what you meant?

In reality 22 would probably be the last round for most. Many people have larger quantities of 22 than any other round. There may be some other small calibers for the pocket guns that no one wants to base their life on. They aren't primary as such are used last. Such as 25, 32 and maybe 380.
