I did the opposite today. Traded my LG V10 for an iPhone 7 plus.
I have nothing against android I just wanted give iPhone a try. So far I really like it.

Coming from an iPhone 6+, is not a huge difference. Carries nicely, even with a case.

Interesting. I'd be curious to hear your thoughts around the 6 month mark in terms of which you prefer.

My complaint with Apple too. Liked the phone, didn't like iTunes. With android (S7) now and liking it.

Any reason you didn't go with the Google Pixel XL? The fingerprint scanner is lightning fast, arguably the best camera on the market (even beating out the S8) and has the latest version of Android and security updates.

I have to buy all phones (major brands) to test on. Wasn't impressed with the S8+. Tried for a week and won't be using it.

iPhone has issues but it's security posture is light years ahead of Android.

I've got a Samsung and iPhone 6.

I carry the Samsung about 98% of the time.

The Apple has better battery life, is a wee big smaller, but it's camera is really worse than the Android and that's my killer app.

They can't use them, thank god. Unlike my Note 2, I can access all the photos on my iPhones, going back to my 3G. Not to mention, they don't have a constant 10 second loop of google play asking to update that causes the phone to be completely unusable.
