I highly recommend this movie.

The fight between....(well that would be spoilery so I am not doing it)... is great.

Also that "fight" was funny! Ooh I'm sorry! I'm sure you're a great guy, sorry!

Went this afternoon and I was pleasantly surprised. I said all along this movie was going to suck but it was actually really good. That's twice now Disney/Marvel has surprised me. I thought GOTG was going to suck and I loved it too.

Guess I'll have to give The Fantastic 4 a chance now. See if they can surprise me a third time.

Does it have a false ending like the other Marvels?  Did you have to stay until the end?

I will neither confirm nor deny.  I don;t want to give anything away and don't want to tempt with a spoiler tag.  As it has been released I will confirm that the Wasp does make an appearance but will not say in what shape, form, or historical era.

There is a pre-credit scene (at the beginning of  the movie), a mid-credit scene after the stylized credits, and a post-credit scene

Yeah, Ant Man was originally a founding member of the Avengers, so expect him to be present in all the future Avenger movies.

Don't know about Civil War, we will have to see how the box office plays out...

I saw an  interview with Paul rudd the other day on tv.. he said he's already  done scenes  with the avengers... I don't know if it was for another  avengers  or for  civil war  (which I think is going to start with the next captain America  movie)...

Going to check it out tomorrow at Alamo Drafthouse. I'm excited. I, too, was surprised with Guardians. It's easily a contender for the best one in the series. Winter Soldier was pretty phenomenal.

I think Ant Man is going to be a sleeper hit.

Don't judge it by that.  I thought it would suck too after seeing the first few trailers.  A lot of the lame lines that I cringed at in the trailers weren't even in the movie.  It's a lot better than I thought it would be.

I don't know why they didn't have him in the first movie because he is a founder.

MCU and the comics don't really add up.  Its really characters being taken from comic books.

Also don't be suprised when the new F4 comes out and it bombs in the box office.  Sony doensn't know how to make superhero movies.

Marvel has stopped printing F4 comics and have been in the process of getting all their characters back.

I'm a huge Capt. Fan so Winter Soldier has been my favorite.  If they take the story from the Comics its going to be awesome, if they take it from the book its going to be decent.

I will be seeing ant man next week on my day off.

I saw it in IMax, but really I don't know that it's a movie that screams for 3D.  You could see it in regular 2D if you like and not lose out on any of the experience.

Good?  Interesting.

As far as the comment about tying them all together .... I'd like to see a Secret Wars series of movies.

"Four trillion tons on the Hulk ... and he's not happy."

The Civil War stuff and the new universe and all that crap …

Yeah, that was it for us, too.  We had dinner and went over to the theater to grab tickets for later and found out the IMax show was starting in 15 minutes so we went ahead and grabbed tickets for it.  It wasn't that crowded.

Sure, some people who don't want to allow themselves to watch fun movies are getting tired of them.

In the previews it looks like he does way better than ol' raspy. Didn't seem so much like a Halls commercial.
