The defense it making very good points that the jury should know the overall timing of the events.
But, if the defense didn't pull an all nighter to modify their presentation to remove the text labels containing subjective observation ... that's poor form ... all of this could be for not. |

LF is now trying to prevent the video/audio expert from using words like "bag" and "gun" when talking about how he derived the times of the gunshots. Wants to have the guy talk about time using other references. Witness stated using those events was how he pieced together the times for the events.

I think Binger is better then people here are giving him credit for. He is an utterly horrible, contempatble shitbird of a human being but even with his condescension and snark towards the judge, he is pulling out all the stops to prosecute his case.
He is running into difficulties that he probably doesn't usually face (a judge that is less then friendly towards him) but I bet he has a pretty solid record of convictions as well as throwing cases without getting caught when the agenda deems it. |

Definitely, he has very strong legal technical skills but is terrible when dealing directly with a witness or developing an effective line of questioning. He also knows he can willfully violate legal precedent and longstanding norms without any real consequence. |
