These are all inter-related. You have the ability to at least correct some of that.

I actually do have somewhat of a dress code. Not uniforms, but some guidelines. But it's hot in the shop and I don't want them to look like they're working in Officemax. They have some latitude in their wardrobe. As for their parents? Some seem to get wardrobe hints from their moms. It's nice when mom drops them off sometimes......

They put them on display, we will check out the goods... I had a 20-25 year old women who was amply equipped in my store today, she had the goods out on almost full view, you bet your ass i was peeking around the desk to make sure she was being taken care of. The older you get, the less you care if you are caught. You aren't prepping the display for maximum view, they are, and they do it cause they like the attention, so why not oblige... |

If it bother you that much, as the owner you you should put them in some sort of shapeless, oversized button down Hawaiian shirt / labcoat as the "uniform".
Frankly if you recognize it as enough of a problem to post about it here AND you have it within your power to prevent it AND then you choose not to implement an easy fix.......well.
This has the added benefit of filtering out all the "opportunistic/voyeur" type pervs and allows you to practice your alpha-wolf stare on only the most hard-core pervs who persist in their ogling of the young ladies. |
