No honor among thieves.
This is the way they are with their own team. The crap they pull in the general must be a million times worse. |

I was asleep by 9:30pm Eastern Time. The baby sure knocks the energy out of us. Just waking up. What exactly did I miss? Did the Iowa Primary go to shit due to typical Democratic Election Rigging?

Hillary and Bloomberg had nothing to gain. Nothing. Cui Bono. View Quote Bloomberg pulling a giant goose egg, despite not campaigning in Iowa, would have beached his foundering campaign. Especially after he dropped $10M on the Super Bowl ad. Getting skunked like that puts an exclamation point on the midget's unlikeability. A "discredited primary", means Iowa is no longer a negative for any candidate who did poorly there. "No clear winner" also opens the door, albeit slightly, to a dark horse entering the D field to save the day. Most likely FHRC. More remotely, the Wookie. It's pretty clear whoever the DNC wanted to win (Warren? honestly no idea) polled poorly, and the word was sent out to "fix" the problem. |

Maybe the point of all the drama is to get democratic voters pissed off and engaged in the election cycle? I mean everyone has been saying for a while it's gonna be a clear win for Trump since their candidates suck and nobody cares. Don't necessarily believe that but my first reaction to any political drama is "fake and gay".

And to think, the dem hopefuls spent better than a year and millions in campaign funds for this cluster-fuck.
Oh well, hopefully this debacle drives a stake into the heart of the Iowa caucus once and for all. |

The process to select the 2020 Democratic presidential nominee begins with the first-in-the-nation Iowa caucuses local meetings where people gather to openly show support for candidates, rather than cast ballots in voting booths. There are 41 pledged delegates at stake, and the results which are not actual votes cast, but instead the Iowa Democratic Party's estimates of the number of state convention delegates won by each candidate through the caucus process (state delegate equivalents) will help set the tone for the next several early voting states. View Quote WTF are they going on about votes?? The votes have NEVER counted for much. I thought it was on Tuesday? They vote on a Monday? That seems weird. |
