WWI manufacture Russian Nagant

probably not the best revolver, but I think this revolver has the best dimensions for a wearable 7 shot revolver.

My Great-Grandfather had gone active duty as a Colonel, from Adjudant General of Alabama National Guard, he had gone out west to prepare to go to Europe and then the war ended. The whistle would've been his.

I brought this 1916 BSA SMLE back to life after finding it lost and unloved in a pawn shop for $99. The wood had been terribly bubba’d, but the metal was intact.

ETA: I have a bubba’d Mauser KAR 98a 1916 Efurt? in my safe, but wood for them is exceedingly rare. One day.

I did this pic awhile ago. If I redid it, I have a WWI Marine dog tag to add to it. He was stationed in the Dominican Republic during that time. Got written up twice, according to records. Once for fighting in the streets, once for disrespect to a NCO during drill. Attachment Attached File

I'm pretty sure this is a "Rifle .303 Pattern 1914"?
https://www.AR15.Com/media/mediaFiles/69574/20200319_215113_jpg-1323877.JPG

Anyone know what rifle this is?  My ANA friend told me it was from India.  Both are Taliban battlefield drops circa 2011.

I think it's an M1890 short rifle. http://www.hungariae.com/Mann90.htm

It has the older rear sight, but the magazine is of the later/M95 style.

It's definitely not a Dutch M95, those are turnbolts and the pictured rifle is a straight pull.

Well done. I've always considered those sporterized/bubba restorations nothing short of heroic. Bravo!

This was a bit old for WWI, but did see some use initially.
