Have to leave the house today. Need to buy PVC pipe 'n caps, linseed oil and turpentine. Supposed to soak wood ramrods in it for a month to make it flexible so they don't break.
Took pics of the unfinished horn nose on the squirrel gun. Anybody interested in posting pics? I'll send you an email. |

Carb? It ain't the 1970s anymore. I went to a battery powered string trimmer so I didn't have to mess with a 2 stroke carb motor anymore, as much as I like 2 stroke noises.
I'm pretty damn good at tearing shit apart. It's the putting it back together that can be a struggle sometimes.  Attached FileI got it back to functional, but the dash doesn't line up quite right now. Finishing up an overhaul of everything attached to the engine and front suspension now, wanted to have the car on the road by spring but scope creep and work prevented that. One control arm, brake hoses, and driveshaft bits to go, but now my coilovers finally came. May as well do my diff swap and rebuild the rear end while I'm swapping springs... |

Going home last night I passed a truck towing a horse trailer.
There were, I think, two horses inside. (Darkness prevented me from getting an accurate count) I swear those two critters are smarter than half the car drivers on the Roads, today.
