The Food and Drug Administration is investigating why hundreds of consumers have reported becoming ill after eating Lucky Charms cereal, The Post has learned. On Friday, The Post reported that the sugary cereal made by General Mills is believed to be making people sick, with consumers complaining that they began vomiting and experiencing diarrhea after eating a bowl of Lucky Charms. Since then, more than 400 people have flooded iwaspoisoned.com — a website that tracks foodborne illnesses. Some have complained that their poop turned green. Now the Food and Drug Administration said it’s aware of the reports “and is looking into the matter,” the agency told The Post. https://nypost.com/2022/04/05/fda-investigating-illnesses-linked-to-lucky-charms/ |

"Magically delicious"
Must be retaliation for this ... we don't want the Irish! |

Used to be my favorite cereal
When I was 8 I find it interesting that they say people, not kids got sick It’s basically a bowl of sugar, why are adults eating this? |

The green poop is from the dye used in the "charms". Used to love Fruity Pebbles cereal and it would turn my poop bright green every time. Same thing happened last 4th of July when somebody brought red, white and blue corn chips.
That part is a non-issue. As far as the vomiting and whatnot....? |

Poop turned green?
Sounds like a special St. Patrick's Day batch. |

Figures, Lucky Charms has been sold since 1964 without problems.
Now it's causing problems. |

If their tummies are kicking back Lucky Charms, imagine what will happen when they are given .Gov provided Meal Worm Paste and Crispy Fried Crickets.

I remember reading an article years ago, in the Wall Street Journal, about how it took some serious engineering to package Lucky Charms. It was a challenging dispersing the marshmallows in the cereal and have them stay dispersed and not settle after shipping.

So, we're not worried about the amounts of HFCS or the high levels of pesticides it contains?

That’s neither lucky or charming. Don’t feed your kids that crap.
I had the same results once when I ate 8 lobsters. Green for about three days. |
