Thank God they ditched the OS controlled plugs in our area.
Of course they left the economizer requirements for the HVAC systems.

How about just going with occupancy sensors in each room that are independent of each other like every other commercial building? |

Sounds like reverse logic control. Signal from controller goes out? Lights turn on. It’s probably a huge clusterfuck and they have requirements for lighting that make it more difficult than simply bypassing everything. |

That is another "WTF?" I don't know about that school, but at mine we don't let teachers use our ladders. They also have no access to the panels. Damn principal cant even get into the mechanical rooms.
