so having read about some of the pro-conviction evidence that was left out, I think Steve Avery probably killed her.  But I also think the police planted the key, put his blood in her car, and probably even moved the car to his property.  

Brendan clearly didn't do what he confessed to, but apparently his mother told police, before Steve was arrested, that Brendan had gone over to Steve's and helped him clean his garage; and that when he came home, his pants had bleach or bleach stains all over them.  So I think Brendan probably helped Steve cover it up, although he probably didn't participate in her murder.

Steven Avery picked up wrongful conviction lawyer Kathleen Zellner.  She's dissecting the case and believes Avery is innocent.
