You have to watch out in lower areas, if you hit a cavern especially under 26 then you are going to start spawning Mobs to you. Best have good armor and plenty of light. What are you trying to do down in that area? |

Not really sure what to do with most of it besides smelt it and sock it away for the day when I actually know my ass from my elbow.  Pretty fun game so far.

IMPORTANT TIP!
If you do go into version 1.7... whatever as instructed to get to this server, and you have been playing current version, go back to current version before going into any other saved single player game. or you will lose EVERYTHING in that single player game. Months of stuff... gone.... unrecoverable.... Edit - correction. I've found cheats that give you whatever you want. I'd rather not be tempted to use them, though. |

lol my 6 year old got me in to this on PS4, I'll have to get it for the pc and join the team. Amazing what these children can build.. my son watches a quick tutorial on youtube and a few minutes later hes building the statue or building on the ps4 or his tablet..

why aint you guys playing this instead ? its free and its MC plus space!
Blows MC out of the water , its a sandbox in space with a whole galaxy of planets,asteroids, space stations , you can control whole sectors of space as a faction, there are PVE pirates to fight , or PVP with whole fleets .The crafting is amazing , and the ship building , space stations teraforming is endless. It has factions and guild functions and loot, factories and tons of weapons. its almost eve like , almost star citizen,space engineers like , its really come a long way , and a great game to play with the kids. OK, this seems like as good a place to ask as any. Is the game really as one-dimensional as it seems so far? I have crafted virtually everything possible from the materials I have found. I have built 2 little "houses" for stashing my stuff. I have broken, literally, 10's of thousands of blocks.
What's the endgame? What am I preparing for? Some of the structures are amazing and humbling but, if it's not my goal to build a replica of the Taj Mahal am I in the wrong game? FWIW, the folks on the server have been so freaking helpful I have been truly surprised. What a good bunch, honestly. |

Ive been sitting her since 7pm waiting for them to accept my money, when I could have just easily stolen the game and been playing hours ago. This is what happens when you try to be honest I guess
