Pretty much anything on the I-10 west side corridor to the 101 is pretty much hood. Given how renovated or even newish the properties look, Id imagine they do in fact offer Sec 8 housing.
Phoenix is a very large city with a vastly different array of demographics and socioeconomic areas. These people live like this because its their CULTURE, irrespective of race. |
