Took the wife and daughter to Lululemon or however it's spelled a couple of weeks ago. My daughter is 6 ft tall and all legs, so she's super picky about finding leggings that fit her, and apparently that's the only option.
Anyway, did you know they sell men's clothes? I didn't. But they do. And I bought some slacks, because they were comfy and I liked them. I stopped fighting the tapered, skinny fit look a while back when I realized it was here to stay. But I refuse to go any shorter than touching the top of the shoe when standing. And I still try to match my socks to my pants as much as possible. Belt matches shoes, socks match pants. That's all my fashion knowledge. |

I'm a transactional attorney with a strong international practice. I've been working remotely for the last 11 years and it's been awesome. I live in a log house, which you can see in the background along with a gun cabinet. The international folks get a kick out of that. I'll show up to calls wearing flannel shirts or Carhartt jackets and they just assume it's some cowboy American thing.
No more monkey suits for me. |

High cuff has been around a long time. When I was young and worked in an office, where trends were more evident, I followed the sartorialist and tried to find a medium between trendy and practical. That was circa 2010, so really, these guys you're talking about are pretty outdated.
Can't say I know what the current trend is now because I don't care. I wear flannel and one of many identical pairs of khakis. |
