Pirates. Even after we had a losing season, and started calling them the "Butt Pirates", they kept it.
Shame was, MY class voted it in. Most of us hated it, but somehow, it stuck. Now, years later, the current students hate it. LOL.

I live on campus at UNC-CH (senior) and in the month or two before winter break there were either 3 or 4 deaths on campus... and 2 of them as far as I know haven't had much of anything in the way of details released. It's pretty great, every time there's a robbery or whatever on campus you get some email or text message... hours after the fact. The area around Chapel Hill can be pretty crummy outside of the nicest neighborhoods. |
