Real, it was a 4 shot 1970's anti tank weapon. Called the dragon if I recall. Never saw one, took a course on them in the 80's.
I recalled wrong, Not the dragon,. It was the flash. M202A1 A napalm launcher. Sticks to kids. |

Got to fire them at one range trip at Grafenwohr, in '85. We also fired a shit load of LAAW's and W. German AT launchers.

M202 Multi-purpose Flame weapon. I trained to use it as an enlisted 0351 infantryman in the 70's. We never got to shoot it though, since at the time it was deadlined because they had a nasty tendency to blow up in the little suitcase when the trigger was pulled.

Multi-Purpose Flame Weapon.
I was in the USMC 79-83 and trained as an 0351, anti-tank assaultman. Trained a little in explosives, C4 along with the LAAW rocket and the MPFW. While we got to shoot the LAAW, we never got to shoot or handle the MPFW other than an empty demo model. From what I remember, our instructors said there were issues with the MPFW like all four of the rockets firing at once??? |

Disclaimer: I have never tested the above rockets and am taking the Army's word for it. |
