Several channels on youtube with people that moved into Akiya and are fixing them up.
Most of the places are really dirt cheap but need a lot of work. |

The amount of work that they've put into that property is amazing.
There are a few other YT channels about folks picking up Akiya and renovating/renting or flipping them. It's really sad to see them doing some of the cleanouts though. You get the feeling that the owner just left and never came back (died at the hospital). |
