toss-up between The Godfather and The Godfather Two.....there's rumors that there was a third one but that is unsubstantiated as of yet. Cinematography, Direction, Writing in both is superb, I can't imagine that anyone would fuck up and try to improve upon them. In today's culture mangling society a third one would necessarily have to do with something like incest, a bastard poser to the head of the family, the mass murder of all the heads of the families, the suicide of an integral capo that wasn't mentioned in the first two films, and a reconciliation of the Michael and Kay.....in other words, a load of crap.

Interestingly I can't think of a film that's come out in the last 10 years that was all that great.

Quoted: @hoodonit00 have you watched "Robert the Bruce"? We just watched it. It's no "Braveheart" but is a good follow up/companion movie to it. My must watch: https://media.giphy.com/media/7ZgBm32jWGn72/giphy.gif No I didn't see that one. I'll have to look into it. I did see The Outlaw King with Chris Pine as Robert The Bruce. It was ok. I'll look into the one you mentioned though, thanks. |

View Quote Funny, I just watched that the other day. While it is a fun flick, it also serves as a reminder that some '90's movies have not aged very well. Cheesy '80's movies > Cheesy 90's movies |

This movie gets some hate but I thought it was pretty well done. |

Still haven't seen two of the best comedies of all time:
Major League Dumb and dumber |
|
|
"Night of the Living Dead" the original and one that started the zombie craze.
"Dawn of the Dead" (the original and best one; not the crappy re-make with stupid super speed runner zombies that run faster than 100 yard dash Olympian champions) one of the few sequels that was better than the original. |
