Not as farfetched as you might think. Lots of skunk keepers feel descenting is unnecessary. Training them not to spray isnt far from training them when to spray.

Sounds like house training a puppy but I imagine if there is an accident instead of wiping up the floor you just burn your house down. I really don't mind mild skunk smell from a distance but up close it is a completely different odor.

Agreed on all counts. Skunk scent wouldn't be unpleasant at all if it wasn't for the sheer intensity.
