IIRC when Nebraska's CCW law was up for debate he proposed an amendment that would have required applicants to have a finger amputated.

Profit by your skills, talents, training, and initiative in the workplace, whether it be a corporate environment or your own startup.

Those who fail in these things are those who are likely to disrespect the flag and the system (as described) that it enables.

If you're a stupid scumbag loser who can't keep out of jail, you'll blame our system for your failure to learn. Right?
