This will happen in the USA soon. All we do now is sit and wait until it gets bad enough to do something about it. I reckon 20 years or so. Half the forum here loves cock gobbling RINO politicians who themselves cock gobble the WEF/deep state/uniparty.

Because every commie gov has to have a genocide. It's their staple.  Last century alone it was in the hundreds of millions.

This century, they will outperform themselves and go to billions.

And some clowns (even in this forum) try to convince others that the WEF is just an innocuous and toothless organization.

Dutch farmers are some of the most productive in the entire world.  I honestly hope making their way to the US would be an option with that buyout money.

If they invest the money in a business here they go to the front of the line.

Not only the EU.  In Asia, Bangladesh has already started similar initiative (over there it is about eliminating fertilizers) and is already showing the bad results, and right north of us, Canada has an equivalent one.   Just two examples. Add on top that China had serious production problems these past couple years.

My guess is the Dutch farmers will do nothing beyond making angry noises.

My worry is that this is soon to be implemented here in the USA.
And when they do try, our own countrymen on the left and right coasts will either be totally in favor of it or be silent and let it happen. The disconnect between the cities and the countryside has never been more diametrically opposed in my memory.

Don't forget Sri Lanka went full organic and the following year saw food and fuel shortages with people storming and occupying the capitol, police stations, and presidential palace; dragging beaurocrats out in the street and beating them, while most officials fled the country.

I hope that their (farmer) response makes the government back down.  Ideally the farmers would react now with overwhelming force that it would end the green movement.   People can imagine suitable responses but it should make the national news around the world.
