Quoted: I'm not a trucker but as a veteran bank employee (IT worker but somewhat familiar with many aspects of banking) this seems to me a very bizarre court decision. The whole thing stinks to high heaven. When you apply for a secured loan, it's incumbent on the potential lender to judge the valuation of property offered as collateral. If a bank's highly regulated internal processes and procedures determine that a loan is a "go", then it's a done deal and really not a problem for government or anyone else if the borrower defaults. If the borrower DOESN'T default, it's nobody's problem at all. I really don't understand how Trump could be fined for overstating the value of his property. If he did, that's the bank's problem. View Quote All true,,,however she's a commie and as a fem she's devoid of logic, ruled by emotions and managed by hormones. |

All of the suggestions here have one problem, the "court appointed monitor" with authority over Trump's NY businesses.
I hope that judge is met by Jefferson, Washington, and Adams when he dies. |

Quoted: Semi serious question- what prevents a right leaning AG doing the exact same thing to any leftist at this point? View Quote No balls. No spine. Rule of law. Moral high ground. FBI plants kiddie porn. What did he/she know about FHRC. DOJ would likely charge felonious jay-walking. FBI raid and arrest at gun-point while at a mother's funeral. FBHO and Resident turnip really fucked up this country, all by a fairly simple take-over of a few lettered agency thugs. |

From what I understand, in order to appeal, he has to put up the $354 mil or be bonded. Either way, it cost him money. He will have to liquidate shit he owns, in this shitty economy, which will cause him more money.
Bottom line, who did he fuck over? All those involved made money off him and wanted to continue doing business with him. |

he should buy city hall and rename it TRUMP Hall... including big, beautiful, lit letters spelling it out up front over the employees entrance.

It's only going to get worse. Until they're made to stop. Things will have to get a lot worse for that to happen. Like 1917 Russian Peasant bad for the average white family. (Lets face it, racism is the driving force for the left, and that exactly who they want to destroy.) |

A college can raise $75million in 2 days to fire a football coach and pay him off. Does Donald Trump perhaps have more supporters than one major college? She's not siezing any buildings. And she knows it - she's headlining.

Please remember, this is NOT democrat vs republican or conservative vs liberal.
This is swamp vs. populist. The swamp has zero influence over Trump - so he must be destroyed at all costs. |
