It looks just like a lot of the water tanks we have on the lower hills all over.

I wonder if this guy is a serious prepper?

I’m talking about the round part with the suspended slab.

It looks like it’s attached to the house.

Looks like a round porch. That would be an extremely shitty foundation for a tank.

Looked closer I’m guessing that’s vapor barrier turned up the stem wall. But it’s still only a 6-8” cap on the wall. It’s won’t support a tank that size.

Looks more like he’s just going to have some kind of round tower facade thing.

Probably gonna be shaped like dildos, little mermaid castle style.

You’ll be charged a view tax soon for the pleasure of looking at them.

It’s tough to tell from the pic but I’d think it’s way too close to the rest of the house for that.

If the house is big enough, it'll pay for itself - structural steel/large beams/lifting 2 story walls etc.

When I did residential I worked for a guy who bought a boom truck and we used the hell out of it every chance we got - pre-made the roof gable ends and hoisted them into place rather than doing the work 2+ stories up / hoisting all the roof sheeting / studs and sheets for the 2nd floor etc. It was a huge time saver.

I don't think so, because he's put water proofing material on the outside to keep it dry on the inside.

But it wasn’t round.  It was rectangular.

probably just gonna be a design choice, like the others said maybe some kind of tower, probably just a round porch though imo.

My guess. Not water tanks. Just foundation and a slab. If there isn't dirt just under the slab, and there is room under there, it Post Malone's new house. And those are his gun vaults.

Yeah, I'd go with a porch of some variety or round all-window room wall.
