Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: Had a nice run this morning at the gym, did chest and arms after that. Everything feels nice and warm and a little sore View Quote You woke up early. View Quote Nope, I woke up on time, instead of constantly snoozing my alarms View Quote I have 5 alarms set in 5 minute increments starting at 6:30. I rarely get up on the first one. View Quote The first alarm goes off at 0445, the one on my Fitbit at 0500. I'm trying to get up more at the first than the second |

Everything feels nice and warm and a little sore View Quote I'm trying to get back at it this week. Feet are still sore, but no longer to the point I am limping around. Also ordered some arch supporting compression socks to see if that helps out. View Quote I'm working on getting back into the gym 5x weekly. Once I've got that down for a month, I'll add back in Saturday or Sunday hikes. View Quote Going to try and get out for a walk this evening with the wife. GOing to take it slow and easy, no weight, because I don't want to go back to where I can't walk across the room View Quote Mildly important, that walking thing |

Quoted: That was actually one of my favorite parts. I was a LARP nerd back in high school, so that style of combat wasn't unfamiliar to me. It was a little bit heavier than I was used to, but still a lot of fun. I was also good at pugils. View Quote I grew up in a pretty punchy hood and was able to throw hands with the best of them, but I got my ass kicked in pugils too. I guess it was more complicated than I thought What kind of larping? Swords and stuff? Sounds interesting |

Quoted: For me it was pretty sobering. I really couldn't believe how much it took out of me, I had ever experienced that before I grew up in a pretty punchy hood and was able to throw hands with the best of them, but I got my ass kicked in pugils too. Learning that before you need it makes it a lot easier if you ever do. |
