Was a good day.
Breakfast: Bacon Spam hash (using up leftover baked potatoes and fried onions and peppers). Dinner: 1lb NY Strip steak in a spicy marinade (worcestershire, tabasco, chili powder, garlic, cumin, salt, pepper) with baked potatoes wedges and boston baked beans cooked with thick slices of smoked bacon ends. Now: A change from drinking my whiskey straight, having a maple bacon old fashioned. |
