The rain was absolutely torrential at times today. Stopped by the Cabela’s before lunch and saw a steady stream of race fans buying ponchos and rain jackets. There was a group of German tourists that were there for the race and they were absolutely enthralled with the store. Saw them checking out the camo clothing, saw them in the gun libarary, and then saw them buying beef jerky as I was leaving. 
For those that haven’t been to that area, it’s absolutely beautiful and worth a trip, race or no race. |
